*For repairs, if problem cannot be fixed you must still pay the $40.00 Fee
For both Service and repairs, you must pay the return freight cost before the Return of your item/s
*Incubators MUST be sent clean. , no poop, feathers or dust. if incubator is sent dirty we will not work on it and will send it back at your cost.
