Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. All shipped orders are sent via our courier service.

  • Automatically calculated shipping at checkout based on your order and region - 2 to 5 business days depending on your location

  • Click & Collect - at Chook Manor, 206 Wordsworth St, Sydenham, Christchurch 8051   

Tracking Your Order                                                                                            

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Order Processing Time

We do our best to get our orders out as soon as possible! All orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are processed and despatched the same day, all orders placed after 2PM will be despatched at the latest the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent on the Monday or the next business day.

Our 30 day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund. We offer a 30 day returns policy for most items provided they are in unused and in resalable condition. The 30 day right of return starts from the date delivered or collected and items must be received back before the end of the 30 day period. All returns must come back in unused, resalable condition in original packaging. Shipping costs and the costs of returns are non-refundable.
