Great for any farm animal bedding requirements, chicken coops, rabbit hutches, calving sheds, horse stables, guinea pigs and goats.

It’s a big bag for a good price!
I have rabbits and chocks and these shavings work well for both. And it smells good too. Was delivered within a timely manner.

Apart from the delivery taking a long time, product is good
I use wood shaving as bedding in my quail coop and have tried products from a few providers but settled with Chook Manor's as I find their shavings much softer than other options. A bit dustier compared to Bunnings one but much softer and kinder on the quail feet so I prefer this. Easier to spot clean and maintain the deep bedding system and i find no odour in the coop as long as I keep it dry and remove any wet bits from around the waterers. Also Chook Manors customer service is very good. They are helpful and responed really quickly to sort out any product related issues I have if any. And their shipping is very fast and shipping cost economic.

Definitely good value and a great size. Transferring a quantify to a new bag in order to let it fluff up a bit before use is a good idea, recommend a mask though as it’s quite dusty
