I haven’t actually used the product yet, but the friendly service gets 5+stars. My order was stolen from letterbox, which the courier took no responsibility for. But when I reached out to Chook Manor, the reply was speedy and helpful, and best of all, came from a real person, and not a machine. Then they kindly offered to replace my order, to the door this time, even though it was a courier issue. Much appreciated and keep up the good work team
