Worked a treat. The chickens were laying in 1 out of the 3 nesting boxes. Do put in rubber egg in the other 2 boxes, and same day they layed eggs in all 3 boxes. Genius
chooks have started laying in boxes previously not used with the artificial eggs in. Really pleased with them. the only complaint I have is that I am collecting those eggs as well as the real eggs each day very hard to tell the difference. Great product
These rubber eggs are the same size, colour, and roughly weight, as what our chickens lay.
Previously we have bought hollow lighter plastic eggs which the chickens, and grandchildren managed to squash into something that couldn’t be used anymore.
Hopefully these rubber eggs will last the distance. Looking promising so far.
